Waste is ubiquitous, and organic waste is just one of them. Organic waste has not been managed well in Indonesia and in many countries around the world. The problem is that organic waste production continues to increase in various countries, including Indonesia, in line with the rise in population and people’s purchasing power. On the other hand, it turns out that this type of waste can be used to make various new products of high economic value. Managing waste is a triumph, yet if the waste can be converted into newly useful products, it will be super fruitful. Utilising organic waste in various products is extremely beneficial, as it not only helps reduce the volume of waste and avoids numerous risks of environmental and health pollution but can also generate income.
